APPOINTMENT, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sculpt Med Spas, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To ensure availability and provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask that all clients review our scheduling policies below.
Appointments & Deposits
Certain treatment appointments require a deposit to reserve appointment time.
• Treatment deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are applied toward the scheduled treatment.
• Appointments requiring a deposit are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Consultations
We offer both in-person and virtual consultations at no cost.
• In-person consultations are complimentary.

Virtual Consultation No-Show Policy
Clients who miss a scheduled virtual consultation may be required to place a $50 consultation reservation deposit before scheduling another consultation.
• The deposit will be applied toward treatment.
• If treatment is not scheduled immediately, the deposit will remain as a credit on the client's account for future use.
• Consultation reservation deposits are non-refundable.

72-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice are considered short-notice cancellations.
For short-notice cancellations:
• Deposits are forfeited.
• Deposits are not refunded.
• Deposits are not transferred to future appointments.
• A new deposit is required to reserve another appointment.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
For no-show appointments:
• Deposits are forfeited.
• Deposits are not refunded or transferred.
• A new deposit is required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late Arrival Policy
To respect the schedules of all clients and providers, we ask that clients arrive on time for their appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to be seen for their scheduled appointment.
If an appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival:
• Deposits are forfeited.
• A new deposit is required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Package Appointments
Clients receiving services as part of a package are also expected to arrive on time.
Appointments missed due to no-show or arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of one treatment session from the package.
The forfeited treatment session:
• Will be considered redeemed.
• Cannot be refunded.
• Cannot be transferred.
• Cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic medicine and professional services:
• All treatment sales are final.
• Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
