Step 2: Submit Your Deposit
Zelle your deposit to info@sculptmedspas.com or use the Deposit Page.

After sending your payment:
– Text or DM a screenshot of your deposit to 718-530-3190
– Include your full name, phone number, and the words “Vegas” in the Zelle memo so we can match your payment to your booking.

Step 3: Confirm Your Appointment
Once your deposit is received, our team will confirm your appointment date and time.
